A website as solid as the bank

Banks in general are in the business of trust. That counts double for national banks, as the regulators of the financial sector. So when you make a website for De Nederlandsche Bank, it needs to be reliable, authorative, stable and decisive. When Total Design made the visual identity for De Nederlandsche Bank, I was part of the team that worked on the website and its various subsites, intranet, newsletters and infographics. Together we made sure that everything is both user friendly, following accessibility guidelines and on brand. The end result: a website as solid as the bank itself.

Maybe not very sexy, but who needs that when you have 600 tons of gold in the basement?
